Freedom
Name;; Freedom
Age;; 4 years
Gender;; stallion
Breed;; Arabian x Mustang x Thoroughbred
Height;; 15.3 hands
Appearance;; Freedom is a handsome and powerful stallion despite lacking physical height. He stands at 15.3 hands with classic markings and a regal appearance. His coat color is deep sun-bronzed gold otherwise referred to as buckskin. An ebony mane, tail and stockings offset the gold with accents of white. Three low white socks and a white blaze compliment the gold and black giving him a slightly rugged but still handsome appearance. His body is well muscled due to intelligent if not unintentional crossbreeding among the wild herds. Free has deep brown eyes almost like deer eyes that are very soulful and expressive but at the same time oddly closed off, as though he keeps the world at a distance.
Physical Strength;; Strong legs and speed
Physical Weakness;; Disadvantage in height and bulk
Personality;; Free is a horse of values and morals. He stakes a lot of faith in the need for freedom and the need for balance. In his mind, there is no such thing as a no-win situation and there's always an underlying solution if one is willing to look for it. Freedom believes a lot in potential and is known to foster and nurture orphaned foals to help them grow and become wise enough to survive on their own or be productive among herds. He doesn't mind intelligent company but often seeks solitude for reasons unknown to most. The solitude helps him to arrange his thoughts and perhaps do a bit self-exploration. Freedom is a deep thinker and a deep lover. When he bonds to someone as a friend, lover or adopted foal, the connection runs deep and brings out his protectiveness. Though normally Free isn't much for fighting, he is willing to fight for anyone he deems as his family or friend.
Likes;; Nighttime, Sunrises, Sunsets, Summer, rolling hills, mocking birds and weeping willows
Dislikes;; Deep snow, bloodshed, being totally alone, failure and wolves
Fears;; Fears being too late to save someone he loves.
Parents;; Kitana & Blackhawk
Siblings;; none
History;; Born in the south like all equines, Freedom is the first and only son of Kitana and Blackhawk. Both were loyal to their herd and taught Free to be the same. He learned early in life to respect his elders, obey his leaders and more or less be a model stallion for his herd. Still, when he was a colt Free became restless with being such a well-behaved individual. He started to get into fights with other colts and then left his herd when he was two years old because he was tired of being oppressed. Freedom ran until he couldn't run anymore and was soon discovered by an older stallion, blind with age named Beau. Beau took Free under his wing in a sense, teaching him to survive but also teaching him patience with both himself and others. He helped Free to understand that not everything could happen like he wanted it to but would still workout in the end if he waited long enough and made the right choices. One year later, Free left Beau for a simple reason. Beau died, old and tired. Freedom decided to go back to the herdlands and set up his own herd and then wait like Beau had taught him.
